After the implementation and the deployment of its IT services/projects, customers are confronted every day with difficulties in ensuring the availability of the service and the need for evolution. Through this offer, OZONO guarantees the entire life cycle process of an IT service after its development, from the deployment, testing, monitoring, 24x7 support and maintenance, remotely or locally at the customer's premises.
We support the operation of multiple services, such as: infrastructures (On-premises or cloud), basic products to support applications (DB, App, Middleware, Web server, etc), business support applications, security, etc.

SERVICE INTEGRATION
Installation and integration of all processes in the operation centre and activation of operation services.

TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
We test all use cases identified in the previous process for acceptance and activation of the service, as well as the necessary tests whenever the service has updated.

MONITORING
The monitoring center operator has at his disposal an overview of the various services as well as the current status of the registered tickets. This service can be performed either remotely or locally at the customer.

1ST AND 2ND LINE SUPPORT
We offer a 1st and/or 2nd line support service to our customers through a telephone line and website, where the customer can follow the current status of their tickets and levels of service performed.

MAINTENANCE CORRECTIVE / EVOLUTIVE
For each problem, an assessment is made as to whether it is corrective maintenance and directed to the corresponding 2nd line, or whether it is evolutionary maintenance that needs to be budgeted for.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Periodically, we provide a set of reports, where our clients can check the problems reported / solved, as well as a statistical analysis of response times / resolution versus the agreed-on service levels.
